Israel to Reopen to Group Tourism

The Israel Tourism Ministry announced on Sunday, September 5, that organized tour groups would be allowed to enter the country from September 19.

What to Expect
  • Tour groups would only be permitted from Green, Yellow, Orange countries and tourists would have to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Tourists would need to present a negative PCR test taken up to 72 hours before their flight and complete PCR and serological tests on arrival.
  • Quarantine would be required until the test results come back.

Travel to Red List countries, Brazil, Bulgaria, Mexico, and Turkey, is banned for Israeli citizens and residents. Travelers coming from these locations must enter full isolation.
