Ireland Requires Bolivian Nationals to Obtain Visa Before Traveling

On September 8, 2023, Ireland’s Department of Justice announced that, effective September 12, 2023, all Bolivian nationals are required to obtain a visa before traveling to Ireland.  A transit visa is also now required for those intending to transit Ireland end route to another destination.

The new visa requirement for Bolivian nationals brings Ireland into alignment with the visa regimes of the UK and of the Schengen area.
