Indonesia Launches Mandatory Digital Arrival Declaration via All Indonesia App

Effective September 1, 2025, international travelers arriving at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Tangerang), Juanda Airport (Surabaya), I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali), and international ports in Batam must complete their arrival declaration through the All Indonesia Application.

This initiative marks a significant step in Indonesia’s digital transformation of border services. The All Indonesia App integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations into a single digital platform, streamlining the arrival process for both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals.

Key Features of the All Indonesia System:
  • Unified Arrival Card: Combines multiple declarations into one form.
  • Early Submission: Travelers can complete the form up to three days before arrival.
  • Free of Charge: No fees are required to use the application.
  • Accessibility: Designed to accommodate individuals, families, elderly passengers, and those with disabilities.
  • Multi-language Support: Available in several languages for ease of use.
  • Secure Data Handling: Includes encryption and backup systems to ensure data protection.
Expanded Rollout

Alongside the mandatory implementation at select entry points, the government is expanding the app’s trial to all international airports, ports, and land borders. This broader rollout aims to enhance efficiency and security across Indonesia’s entry channels.

Benefits for Travelers and Authorities
  • Faster Processing: Reduces wait times and paperwork at arrival.
  • Health Monitoring: Enables early detection of potential infectious disease risks.
  • Customs Integration: Replaces the need for separate electronic customs declarations (e-CD).
  • Quarantine Compliance: Simplifies reporting of animal, plant, and derivative products for inspection.
