The investment minimum for Greece’s Residency by Investment scheme will increase in some parts of the country. According to reports, the minimum property value would be €500,00 to obtain a Golden Visa. The original minimum investment is €250,000.
The new changes would be applied in the North part of Greece, the Attica Region, Mykonos and Santorini, and Thessaloniki. Investors will be eligible for an investor permanent residence visa for the rest of the country based on the minimum €250,000 investment.
