On November 9, USCIS announced they are changing the filing location for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, when filed with Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers. Starting November 13, the filing location will change from USCIS service centers to USCIS lockboxes. This change does not apply if applicants are filing Form I-907 for a pending Form I-140 or filing Form I-140 with associated applications, such as Form I-765, Form I-131, or Form I-485.
Beginning December 13, USCIS will reject any Form I-907 filed with Form I-140 that is sent to the previous service center address.
