Estonia Revised Entry Procedures Related to COVID-19

The Government of Estonia published new entry rules for travelers from the European Union and Schengen Area. The new rules will go into effect on February 21, 2022.

Key Changes

  • EU and Schengen Area arrivals are permitted to enter Estonia by providing a COVID-19 vaccination or recovery certificate,
  • EU and Schengen Area arrival who are not vaccinated can enter the country by providing a negative COVID-19 test performed pre-departure or undergoing a test upon entering Estonia and staying self-isolated until the test result is issued.
  • A 7-day quarantine is required for travelers coming from select countries.
