October 2015 Visa Bulletin Revised

The U.S. Department of State released today revisions to the October 2015 Visa Bulletin released on September 9, 2015. The revised bulletin will supersede the Visa Bulletin released on September 9, 2015, and will determine when an individual is eligible to file an application for Adjustment of Status.


Application Final Action Dates remain unchanged. The revisions made to the October 2015 Visa Bulletin can be summarized as follows:

Dates for Filing Applications have changed as follows:

EB-2 (Pre-Registration)

  • Persons in the EB-2 category and born in China are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of January 1, 2013.
  • Persons in the EB-2 category and born in India are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of July 1, 2009.

EB-3 (Pre-Registration)

  • Persons in the EB-3 category and born in the Philippines are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of January 1, 2010.
