International Updates

Colombia | The land and sea borders will remain closed until November 1. Colombia has reopened for international flights.
Case Update: 5,147 confirmed cases. Last updated: 2020/9/30 4:00 PM CEST

South Africa | When the country’s borders reopen on October 1, tourists from countries with high rates of the coronavirus — including the US and Britain — will not be permitted to enter. Exceptions have been made for business and essential travelers.  The data and restrictions will be reviewed every two weeks.

Spain | The government has issued a lockdown for Madrid, barring residents from leaving except for essential causes — for work, school, doctors’ visits, or shopping, but not for leisure.

The Czech Republic | From October 5, a state of emergency is being introduced and is expected to last for 30 days.
