Japan | According to the Nikkei, Japan will end the travel ban for ten countries with a low prevalence of the coronavirus beginning in October.

Kenya | President Uhuru Kenyatta extended the nationwide curfew by two months but delayed the curfew start time by two hours.

New Zealand | Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced that travel between New Zealand and Australia could resume before the end of the year.

The Philippines | The government is extending the restrictions in the capital region until October 31.
