International Updates
Italy | The government has introduced new restrictions in an attempt to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Public gathering places — restaurants, bars, theaters, and others — will have to close by 6 PM, and the ban on conferences and fans in stadiums has been reinstated. These rules will be in place until at least November 24.

Spain | The government has issued a state of alarm until at least November 9. The main restriction is an overnight curfew for all non-essential outings from 11 PM to 6 AM.

Following the two rule changes from DOL and DHS that will significantly reshape the H-1B specialty occupation visa program, more than ten lawsuits have been filed against the two agencies.
