Argentina | The National Directorate of Migration extended the validity of temporary and precarious residences certificates for 30 more days.

Canada | A new pilot program beginning November 2 would allow citizens, permanent residents, permitted foreign nationals, and essential workers to test for COVID-19 at the Calgary International Airport and, pending a negative result, potentially end their quarantine early.

The Philippines | From November 1, foreign investors with investment visas will be allowed to enter the country.

Following the two rule changes from DOL and DHS that will significantly reshape the H-1B specialty occupation visa program, more than ten lawsuits have been filed against the two agencies.
