Denmark Reduces Permit Processing Fees

The fees for processing applications for a Danish residence permit will decrease in 2025.

Here are the new fee rates for 2025:

Foreigners who apply for a residence permit on the basis of work, studies, etc. must generally pay a fee for submitting the application. The amount of the fee is generally determined once a year based on the tasks associated with the case processing.

It is stipulated by law that the task of processing applications for a residence permit on the basis of work, studies, etc. and tasks derived therefrom is financed by fees.
