There is currently increased demand for appointments to have biometric features recorded (fingerprints and facial photo). Therefore, SIRI has temporarily extended the deadline from two weeks to four weeks after application submission.
Applicants should book an appointment as quickly as possible after sending their application.
Those who are not going to use their appointment should remember to cancel, as this allows another applicant to use it.
SIRI cannot record biometric features or issue re-entry permits on behalf of the Danish Immigration Service. For this, applicants must contact the Danish Immigration Service directly.
