December 2024 Visa Bulletin Released

In the December 2024 Visa Bulletin, All Final Action Dates for Worldwide (All Other) and China in EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 remain unchanged. Final Action Dates for India in EB-1 remain unchanged, however, EB-2 advances one month, and EB-3 advances seven days. The Dates for Filing for Worldwide (All Other), China and India remain unchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: USCIS has indicated they will accept adjustment of status applications pursuant to Dates for Filing (Chart B) for the employment-based preference filings in the month of December 2024. For more information, please visit the USCIS website.

Final Action Dates (Chart A):

China:

  • EB-1: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of November 8, 2022.
  • EB-2: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of March 22, 2020.
  • EB-3: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of April 1, 2020.

India:

  • EB-1: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of February 1, 2022.
  • EB-2: Advances with a cut-off date of August 1, 2012.
  • EB-3: Advances with a cut-off date of November 8, 2012.

Others:

  • EB-1: Current for all countries except China and India.
  • EB-2: Worldwide (All Other) remains unchanged with a cut-off date of March 15, 2023.
  • EB-3: Worldwide (All Other) remains unchanged with a cut-off date of December 1, 2020.

Dates for Filing (Chart B):

China:

  • EB-1: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of January 1, 2023.
  • EB-2: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of October 1, 2020.
  • EB-3: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of November 15, 2020.

India:

  • EB-1: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of April 15, 2022.
  • EB-2: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of January 1, 2013.
  • EB-3: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of June 8, 2013.

Others:

  • EB-1: Current for all countries except China and India.
  • EB-2: Worldwide (All Other) remains unchanged with a cut-off date of August 1, 2023
  • EB-3: Worldwide (All Other) remains unchanged with a cut-off date of March 1, 2023.

 

Looking Forward

Individuals who are current should contact EIG to begin work on their Adjustment of Status case(s). If you already have an AOS pending with USCIS, it will not be adjudicated until the Final Action date becomes current.
