Czech Republic Requires on Arrival Testing for All Travelers

The Government of the Czech Republic has announced that all travelers will be required to complete a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. The change goes into effect on Monday, December 27 and applies to all travelers, regardless of their point of origin or their vaccination status.

Exemptions
  • For citizens of the Czech Republic, and citizens of the EU or third countries with temporary or permanent residence in the Czech Republic, the testing requirement will not apply.
  • Vaccinated minors (children under the age of 18 years old), and people who have received a booster dose may be exempt from the testing requirement.
