Czech Republic Adds Financial Requirements to Long-Term Residence Process

The government of the Czech Republic has announced new financial measures for foreign nationals who apply for long-term residence.

As of April 1, 2022, foreign nationals must prove that they have at least 15 times €110.61, the average minimum wage in the country. In addition, applicants must have proof of income from a bank statement and documents to show their financial security.
