CBP Launches New Trusted Traveler Mobile App for Global Entry and Other Programs

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has launched a new Trusted Traveler App, consolidating several trusted traveler services into a single mobile platform designed to simplify enrollment, membership management, and arrival processing for international travelers.

According to CBP, the new app combines features previously available through separate applications and provides a centralized experience for members of the agency’s Trusted Traveler Programs.

What the New App Offers

The new Trusted Traveler App allows travelers to:

  • Manage applications for Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, and FAST.
  • Update membership information.
  • Schedule enrollment interviews.
  • Renew Trusted Traveler memberships.
  • Confirm international arrivals through the Global Entry mobile arrival process.

The app is available free of charge through both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Transition From Existing Apps

Travelers who previously used:

  • Global Entry Mobile App; or
  • Trusted Traveler Programs App

can transition to the new platform using their existing login credentials.

CBP indicated that user profiles and membership information will automatically transfer to the new application.

The legacy apps have now been discontinued.
