Special Guest David Bier. David serves as an Immigration policy expert at The Cato Institute with a focus on visa reform, border security, and interior enforcement. In a recent announcement, the White House has proposed key changes to the Public Charge Policy that is designed to reduce the number of immigrants eligible for green cards.
