There are no changes to the migration rules between Canada, the United States and Mexico under the updated trade agreement (now known as USMCA). The NAFTA immigration provisions for qualifying business persons working in and traveling between the countries still apply. Chapter 16 of the USMCA dealing with migration mirrors that from the corresponding chapter of NAFTA.
