The government has announced plans to launch “Working in Belgium,” a Single Electronic Platform, for foreign nationals and employers to complete certain immigration applications online. Expected to launch in May 2021, the platform will streamline the current process and allow employers to file and monitor the status of Single Permits, EU Blue Cards, and EU Intracompany Transfer permits.
