Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced Friday, that 80% of Australia’s adult population would need to be vaccinated before the government would move forward with plans to open the borders. Currently, vaccination rate is 18%.
In early July, Mr. Morrison announced a 4-Step Pathway Out of Covid. The country is currently in Phase A; plans to lift the border would be Phase C.
