October 2025 Visa Bulletin Released

In the October 2025 Visa Bulletin, Final Action Dates for Worldwide (All Other) remain unchanged for EB-1 and EB-3; while EB-2 advances. Final Action Dates for China advance in all categories, while India sees some advancements in EB-2 and EB-3 but no changes to EB-1 dates.
PLEASE NOTE: USCIS has indicated they will accept adjustment of status applications pursuant to Dates for Filing (Chart B) for the employment-based preference filings in the month of October 2025. For more information, please visit the USCIS website.
Final Action Dates (Chart A):

China:

  • EB-1: Advances 1 month & 7 days with a cut-off date of December 22, 2022.
  • EB-2: Advances 3 months & 17 days with a cut-off date of April 1, 2021.
  • EB-3: Advances 3 months with a cut-off date of March 1, 2021.

India:

  • EB-1: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of February 15, 2022.
  • EB-2: Advances 3 months with a cut-off date of April 1, 2013.
  • EB-3: Advances 3 months with a cut-off date of August 22, 2013.

Others:

  • EB-1: Current for all countries except China and India.
  • EB-2: Worldwide (All Other) advances 3 months with a cut-off date of December 1, 2023.
  • EB-3: Worldwide (All Other) remains unchanged with a cut-off date of April 1, 2023.

 

Dates for Filing (Chart B):

China:

  • EB-1: Advances 4 months & 14 days with a cut-off date of May 15, 2023.
  • EB-2: Advances 11 months with a cut-off date of December 1, 2021.
  • EB-3: Advances 12 months & 10 days with a cut-off date of January 1, 2022.

India:

  • EB-1: Advances 1 year with a cut-off date of April 15, 2023.
  • EB-2: Advances 10 months with a cut-off date of December 1, 2013.
  • EB-3: Advances 14 months & 7 days with a cut-off date of August 15, 2014.

Others:

  • EB-1: Current for all countries except China and India.
  • EB-2: Worldwide (All Other) advances 8 months with a cut-off date of July 15, 2024.
  • EB-3: Worldwide (All Other) advances 2 months with a cut-off date of July 1, 2023.

 

Looking Forward

Individuals who are current should contact EIG to begin work on their Adjustment of Status case(s). If you already have an AOS pending with USCIS, it will not be adjudicated until the Final Action date becomes current.
