For ESD Registered Companies, effective August 20, 2024, the following applications can be done online:
- Company Activation of new Registrations with ESD (Expatriate Service Division)
- LOU Amendment
This update is good news for Companies as Directors no longer have to be physically present at Immigration for the signing of the LOU
