Rose G. Breyault is an Immigration Paralegal at Erickson Immigration Group focusing on immigrant visas. As the daughter of a refugee, she has been interested in immigration law since childhood; but she really discovered her passion for the field while volunteering at a local non-profit, where she assisted with cases involving victims of violent crime, dreamers, refugees, and asylees. Rose is experienced in the green card process including immigrant visa petitions and applications such as PERMs, I-130s, I-140s, I-485s, and AC21s. She also has experience with I-765 Employment Authorization and I-131 Advance Parole applications.
