Naïanka Rigaud is a Managing Attorney on the Immigrant Visa/PERM services group at EIG, primarily assisting clients with PERM filings, I-140 petitions in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, and I-485 applications based on employment, family relations, and the diversity lottery. In addition to her experience in immigrant visa filings, she also has experience in H-1B, J-1, E-3, and P-3 non-immigrant visa petitions.

Prior to joining EIG, Naïanka interned at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. where she assisted with R-1 non-immigrant fillings for religious workers, and at Hogar Hispano, where she worked on various immigration matters. 

Although born in the U.S., Naianka lived in her parent’s native country of Haiti until the age of 16, when she moved to the U.S. to pursue higher education. Her interest in, and passion for, immigration stem from seeing people from her country struggle with immigration issues.
