Maria V. Rolong

Managing Attorney

Maria Rolong is a Managing Attorney at Erickson Immigration Group. Her practice and experience include preparing an array of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including E-2s, H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, and EB-1 green cards for extraordinary ability individuals, outstanding researchers and professors, and multinational managers or executives. Maria’s experience further includes reviewing corporate reorganizations and advising on the impact changes in ownership, and legal structure have on the company’s foreign national population. While at EIG, Maria has represented hundreds of individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. consulates around the world. 

Since graduating from law school in 2016, Maria has been exclusively practicing Immigration law in the Washington, D.C. area. She served as a Research Assistant for the Director of the Comparative and International Law Institute at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and as a Staff Member for the School’s Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy. While at EIG, Maria further engages in pro bono work and has successfully represented vulnerable children in obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and applying for adjustment of status.
