Jeffrey (Jeff) R. Quilhot provides strategic advice to a diverse array of businesses in all aspects of U.S. corporate immigration. His practice focuses on helping employers, and their employees, navigate the employment-based green card process. He is experienced in all areas of U.S. immigration law including the preparation and filing of non-immigrant visas (H-1Bs, TNs, Ls, etc.), Permanent Labor Certifications, and Adjustment of Status and Naturalization applications. Jeff has led clients through internal compliance audits and conducts regular workshops on best practices in immigration compliance. He has assisted individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and professors, and multi-national executives in obtaining permanent residence in the United States. Jeff advises HR/Mobility Teams at all stages of the business lifecycle including corporate restructuring, mergers/acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Prior to joining EIG, Jeff worked as a Legislative Aide in Washington, D.C. advising on a portfolio of issues including financial reform, immigration, education, and labor. He began his legal career in Texas representing a plethora of clients on family- and employment-based immigration matters.
