Helen Medmim joined Erickson Immigration Group in 2016 as a Non-Immigrant Visa Paralegal. She works on H-1B, E-3, and TN petitions. In her immigration experience prior to joining EIG, Helen worked on H-1B RFE cases, and was a public law and policy intern.

Helen was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and came to the U.S. on a diversity visa in the late 1990s. Her first job as a teen was working with a non-profit organization that ran a civic engagement program for low income immigrant youth. Today, Helen enjoys swimming, watching football (GO Hokies!), and outdoor activities with her four-year-old daughter.
