Immigration Nerds Talk About the Supreme Court’s DACA Decision, and the new Immigration Proclamation

June 26, 2020

Last week, in a 5-to-4 decision, the Supreme Court denied the Department of Homeland Security’s attempt to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, allowing for dreamers to remain in the country without threat of deportation.

In this week’s Immigration Nerds podcast, Erickson Immigration Group Managing Director Justin Parsons joins the podcast to talk about recent policy and legal news in immigration.
