Stephanie Howaniec started her legal career in human rights and legal aid. Her international career has taken her from her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia to Spain, Rwanda, India, and the UK before settling in Washington, DC. Stephanie’s business immigration experience began in London, England where she worked for a boutique immigration firm dedicated primarily to consular processing for E-2s and L-1s, among other visa categories. 

Stephanie joined Erickson Immigration Group in September 2018. She specializes in NIV, IV, PERM, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), new hire assessments, and the travel team for upcoming international travel and visa stamping. Stephanie represents the firm’s clients which include large global companies, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and families at every step of the US immigration process. She has personal experience with moving internationally as she has moved over 10 times, lived in Europe for about five years, and traveled to over 45 countries.
