Kristine Nazir

Associate Attorney

Kristine Nazir is an associate attorney with Erickson Immigration Group. Her practice focuses primarily on nonimmigrant visas and responses to requests for evidence. Prior to joining Erickson Immigration Group, she worked as an associate attorney for a small immigration practice for nearly three years. She also has experience as a law clerk for the Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Honorable Jeffrey M. Geller at the Baltimore City Circuit Court. 

Kristine earned her Juris Doctor from American University’s Washington College of Law, where she was the Executive Editor of the International Law Review, a Student Attorney for the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a Legal Rhetoric Dean’s Fellow, and a Research Dean’s Fellow. 

During her time in law school, she interned at a large-sized immigration law firm, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, and the Department of Homeland Security National Security Law Section. 

Before law school, Kristine served in Peace Corps Mongolia as a community economic development volunteer.
