Kimberly Rae Anderson

Associate Attorney

Kimberly Anderson is an attorney at Erickson Immigration Group, focusing on nonimmigrant visa petitions.

Prior to joining Erickson, Kimberly worked on both immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including L-1, H-1B, O-1, TN, H-2B, EB-1 (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and Multinational Manager), EB-2 National Interest Waiver, EB-1B, and PERM. In addition, she has experience with EB-5 and E-2 petitions. Kimberly enjoys working with clients with their U.S.-bound workforce strategies and advising Foreign Nationals on consular and visa processes and procedures.

Kimberly graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she obtained a double major in Historical and Literary Studies. At Texas A&M School of Law, she was named the Dallas Bar Association’s Summer Intern two years in a row serving as an intern at the Department of Labor’s Solicitor General’s office and the National Labor and Relations Board.  During law school, she served as the Research Assistant to the Immigration Professor. She researched issues in immigration law, including rates of recidivism in the immigrant community and the economic impact of work visas, including the use of H-1B among Fortune 500 companies.

She is a member of AILA and closely follows the latest immigration news and policy developments.
