Kathleen Micciche

Senior Attorney

Kathleen Micciche’s immigration practice focuses on the PERM labor certification process, although she has experience with all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters as well as family-based immigration. Her past clients have included multinational corporations, small businesses, and non-profits. She has written on labor certifications for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) national publication “Navigating the Fundamentals of Immigration Law” and the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Immigration Practice Manual. In addition, for several years, Kathleen volunteered with the CARA Pro Bono project at the DHS family detention center in Dilley, Texas, where she worked with women and children seeking asylum.
