Irene Boccardo has extensive experience designing global immigration strategies and supporting a variety of clients with the execution of these strategies on corporate immigration matters. Irene’s primary focus is working with Global (EMEA and APAC) employment-based visas, global immigration compliance, and global mobility. Irene applies her years as in-house immigration counsel when designing the immigration strategy and managing the immigration processes.  

Before focusing her career on immigration matters, Irene practiced a broad range of corporate law matters for international mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations in Latin America.
