Idy has extensive experience, both as an in-house employee as well as an external agent, in global mobility with working knowledge of employment-based immigration across Asia Pacific. She also has more than 10 years of experience in diverse environments, including the travel and service industries, the public sector, global corporate offices, professional services, and even advertising.  Being effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, one of her career highlights was being sent to Beijing, China for a long-term assignment.  That sparked off her interest in the mobility and immigration field!
