Brianna Bennett

Brianna Bennett is a Staff Attorney at Erickson Immigration Group. She focuses primarily on nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, EB-1, O, and TN petitions, responses to requests for evidence, and client visa assessments.

Brianna earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice and Homeland Security in 2017. Before law school, Brianna served as an AmeriCorps VISTA, as a recruitment and outreach specialist for MENTOR Virginia.

In law school, Brianna served on the board of the Environmental Law and Policy Review and was a member of the William & Mary National Trial Team. Brianna worked as a litigation intern at the Department of Homeland Security, handling asylum and deportation cases, and as a student intern with the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network, preparing asylum cases for litigation and SIJS cases. She began working at EIG as a law clerk in January 2022. Brianna graduated from law school in May 2022 and was subsequently admitted to the D.C. Bar.
