Arshi Suhail

Arshi Suhail is an immigration attorney with experience handling matters involving L-1, H-1, O-1, TN, E-3, and other employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.  After travel restrictions were imposed due to COVID-19, Arshi has worked extensively in getting National Interest Exception Waivers for nonimmigrants issued by U.S. Embassies abroad.

Before coming to the U.S. for her master’s degree in law, Arshi was a transaction and litigation attorney in India.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves on the DC Chapter’s Webinar Committee.  Earlier this year, Arshi organized and moderated an AILA webinar on recent developments in immigration law.
