New Version of Form I-9 Available

On January 31, 2020, USCIS released the new version of Form I-9, used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. The specific changes to the form can be found on the government website, and the form itself is now available for use. Employers have the option to use the previous I-9 version (Rev. 07/17/2017) until April 30, 2020.
